Incorrect debit transaction

On the Wednesday the 26th of June my Wife filled up at Engen in Newquay street Alberton.
The fill up cost me R635.54. in which the engen decided to deduct the R635.54 within the next 5 minutes they proceeded to deduct another R635.54. on Thursday morning I went in to the filling station at around 9am after being at the bank. I was greeted by a lady who informed me that the manager was not in as of yet, She requested copies and said I would be contacted later that morning. Thursday night my wife had to drive back to the filling station as we had not been contacted, She was able to obtain the managers number and call him.
He intern was firstly not happy about the call and said he would see to it on Friday. After explaining that this has an impact on our debit orders etc he was very upset and said he would go to the office and fix it. It is now Friday 5pm and we have had to call the manager again, his excuse was that he referred the matter to someone else to call us. This is the second time I have had an issue with the same engen and am highly disgusted with the service.
