Duplicate Debit Orders

There seems to be debit orders happening in my account and what frustrates me even worse,
is that the Capitec call centre/helpdesk is of none existence as i have been waiting for assistance more than 5 mins on there charged line .this is not the first time this happening in my account around festive season
