I'm highly disappointed with the service at this branch. I have been reversing unauthorized debit orders from moobila for 3 months n no assistance offered at the branch. I'm told to close an account I've had for more than 5 years to stop the debit orders. Then when I apply for credit the same debit orders r included in the affordability checklist which cause the credit application to be rejected. My problem is why should I be held reaponsible for a creditor I have never dealt with and have my credit worthiness affected by debit orders the bank authorizes even after its clearly evident that I reverse those debits immediately. This is infuriating and frustrating for me since I can't trust this bank with my finances especially now approaching the festive season. Please assist as I'm out of solutions to deal with this matte
