Three weeks ago I was informed that I would be compensated by Standard Bank due to my original query raised on the 15th of October 2013.
I called Standard Bank yesterday Dede was supposed to return my call I never received a call. Again I called in this morning and I was advised Dede was on her way to the service center that was two hours ago. I am yet to receive her phone call.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR STANDARD BANK TO HONOUR THEIR PROMISE JUST GIVE ME MY REVERSAL. I AM APPAULLED AT YOUR SERVICE AND LACK OF INTERGITY THE ONOEUS IS ON YOU TO ACT GOOD ON YOUR WORD AND NOT TEH CLIENT TO FOLLOW UP AS IF I AM IN TEH WRONG,
YOU HAVE REPEATEDLY FAILED TO MOVE MY BANKING FOWARD. I AM FED UP WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT TO RESOLVE REALLY THREE MONTHS IS THIS ROCKET SCIENCE?
