I sent a complaint via Hellopeter about our debit order not being implemented for the payment of one of our cars even though this was signed at the time of purchase. After my complaint Nonhlanhla Tshabalala from the complaints department sent an email on 9 December and requested the documentation. I sent her the vehicle purchase contract which shows the signed debit order and I have not heard from her again. It is scary to think that I have to even complain about the complaints department - Service Recovery Unit. We have been with Sandard Bank for many years but their service has gone down so badly in all departments and even the branches, that I can only advise other people not to bank with them. We are also looking for an alternative at the moment.
