BAD ATTITUDE

Today, i was speaking to a friend of mine via email and she told about a bad service she received from Standard bank, just after that a lady from Standard Bank compaints department contacted me regarding an incident that i logged on the 8th of April regarding a bad service that i go from them. They took long to respond to me because they receive too many complaints (Thats true because their fallure to deliver)

The lady told me they dont have details for their own Branches, she is in JHB so whats the point of her calling me? later she called the Managers responsible all of them told me that 2 Branches (Kabokweni & riverside mall in Nelspruit) did not have R35000.00 how possible is that i had to wait for their client to deposit money. Thats nonsense how can one of the big Banks in the land will not have R35000.00 . standard bank complaints department is full of silly excuses and they dont want to take resposibility for their wrong doings, Thats killing BUSINESS... I LOOKING A RESPONSIBLE BANK TO BANK WITH. I'M OUT.
