It is a pity that I have to resort to this means to get an answer from Standard Bank. I have sent two secure messages to Thibault Square branch and had no reply. I refer to a small duplicated charge on my personal account on 27 December that I have been trying to have reversed. The first statement did not come out of the machine - you cannot charge me for it!! Please attend to this as a matter of priority now. Thank you!
