This is a disgrace to say the least. After a run around regarding my claim. I was told that it will be? paid by end of next week. I called again for a follow up then I was told it came back from Sars and will be processed. Sent a mail then I was told it was resolved as the claim was processed. Today there is no funds and I had to call again. Then I'm told it was rejected cause I must send my marriage certificate. This is sooooo dissapointing as I thought you were professionals. Why was I told it was resolved? Why don't u tell us about the requirements. I want my claim paid today as I need the funds urgently as u promised. You have no idea how much u have inconvenienced me.
