I applied for vehicle finance through there call center, everything was aproved, dealership made a mistake on yhe papers, was to be resolved in 30 min by Standard bank. 5 long hours have passed and 4 hours holding on the phone to get any answers and im sitting on a friday at a car dealership to collect my car and no one phones back or replies but i have allready paid my deposit to Standard Bank. I have private and bussiness banking with Standard Bank, but will move all my accounts in this week coming. You guys will never see me again.
