I have had endless issues with Standard bank. i am now going to close this account and move else where. i am currently under debt review and my account keeps getting debited for the standard bank loan. not forgetting that I am now stuck with NO money!!! this has been escalated 2months in a row, how difficult is it to stop debiting me, do u know that I am protected by the CPA, so who gives standard bank the right to do this? obviously i am under debt review as im in a bad financial place, so you still take away my money and complain to give it back to me.
another thing, std bank was the first company that i called to assist me with debt review, bear in mind, i did not ask for a loan, i requested assistance for debt review, and this was even declined.
so much for 'moving my banking forward'
my accounts, current and savings will be closed soon. thats for sure.
