Cant get a simple request correct

I received a sms from african bank to say my dec instalment will go off on the 13th. I phoned them to ask to please make it later as I only receive one salary a month. They changed it and i received a sms to say it has been changed. This morning the payment went off. This puts me in difficult position. I want the payment to be reversed now! This is unexceptable.
