I RECEIVED AN SMS FROM AFRICAN BANK ADVISING ME THAT DUE TO THE SALARAY PAY DATE CHANGES IN DECEMBER MY PAYMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED ON THE 13DEC13.THIS SMS I RECEIVED ON THE 4TH.I PHONED THEM THE MORNING OF THE 5TH TO ADVISE THEM THAT OUR SALARY IS ONLY GETTING PAID IN ON THE 20TH.THE GENTLEMAN CHANGED THE DETAILS AND I RECEIVED AN SMS, CONFRIMING THE CHANGE I REQUESTED.THEN ON THE 13TH, THEY STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO DEDUCT THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AFTER I, MADE THE EFFORT TO ADVISE THEM WHEN TO DEDUCT.I PHONED THEM ON FRIDAY MORNING AND, AND I AM STILL WAITING ON A MANAGER TO PHONE ME BACK, AS NO ONE CAN GIVE ME AN ASWER AS TO WHY THE MONEY WAS STILL DEDUCTED ON THE 13TH.I ALSO KNOW NEED TO PHONE THEM BACK TO CHECK IF THEY WILL STILL DO THE DEDCUTION ON THE 20TH AS WELL.JUST MY LUCK THEY WILL DO IT.
