Debit orders changed without my authorization

I have been a client of African bank for 4 years and have never missed a payment. my debot orders run on the 25th of every month, however for some reason someone changed them to the 6th. on the 25th of june 2013 i received my salary as normal and waited the normal period for all my debit orders to run off. i conituned to live my life and on the 6th of july i logged on to my internet banking and noticed that african bank had debited my account on the 6th. i called into the customer service and ws told it wasnt my fault and that the payment would be refund in 2 days which never happened, i only received a refund on one of my accounts. i called back again 3 times and was told the same thing that i would receive a refund. i called in today the 18/07/2013 and was now told i could not get the refund as they used the payment from the 6/07/2013 for the month of June. i received false stories and was inconvenieced with the calling and quering to receive no help. i have been a loyal client but am truly dissapointed at the service and concerned about my debit orders being changed without my authrization.
