UNINFORMED CALL CENTRE STAFF

I phoned 0861ucount. She asked for my ID number. I imagined she was calling up my profile and would be able to assist me. She gave me the basics -I asked who the registered vendors were. She told me. I asked how it worked - how the percentages were calculated etc. She then asked me how many accounts I had with Standard Bank. Being Standard Bank on the line I didn't understand why she would be asking me that - surely that is the reason for my ID number request - I told her I didn't see why she was asking me - she surely knew better than I did? She said "ok so you have a credit card, have you had it for longer than 3 yrs? " - I in fact have a cheque account and have not even had it for longer than 1 yr. She kept calling me Shannon (I corrected her twice -Sharon not Shannon).

She told me I would earn "up to 5 %" - I asked her how they determine that - I want to know if I will get 1, 2 3 or 5 % - what is it - why can't they tell me?? I asked if it is determined on the amount you spend - I'm still waiting for her answer. She just kept saying "as I said Shannon, you could earn UP TO 5 %" - that was the third time she called me Shannon, so I slammed the phone down on her.
