I went into Milady's Bayside branch last week and found a lovely top but they didn't have my size. I approached a staff member at the counter, Shannon, to enquire whether they could order the shirt in for me. She told me which branches had stock and said she would order it in. She took my details and told me it would take about two weeks to arrive. That was last week and today, one week later, I received a call from Shannon to tell me the shirt had arrived. I was so delighted that it only took a week to arrive. I went in later to buy the shirt and Shannon was busy with another customer. She overheard me telling her colleague what I was there to collect and immediately recognised me and said my name. This made me feel important enough to be remembered by name. I would like to commend Shannon for her lovely customer service and for making me feel welcome and important.
