Good Day, On the 04th December 2013 I requested a written document for my life policy cover from 1life and I received an automated response from them saying they will respond within 2 working days. On the 10th December 2013 I then resent them an e-mail notifying them that I have not heard anything from them since their response on the fourth. And to date I have not received anything still.

Can you please assist on this matter as I need those documents for my records.
