STILL WAITING AFTER 30 DAYS, NO WAY FNB!!!

An sms was received for a specific December collection date which was totally off as I have not moved companies for the past 5 years and never in History has the company paid this early. I then reply to the sms and get a reply from FNB once again with the incorrect detail.

I then decide to email FNB on the 14/11/2013 and get a reply by Shane Damons that he will now escalate the query to the relevant department and today it is the 04 DECEMBER 2013, an entire month and THIS SO CALLED RELEVANT DEPARTMENT WAQS STILL NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY CONTACT WITH A CLIENT THAT HAS NEVER NOT EVEN ONCE MISSED A MORTGAGE PAYMENT???
