I lost my beloved sister in April this year. It was and still is a very difficult time for us as a family and we miss her so much. She had a life insurance policy with 1Life which I only discovered about 2 months after her death. I phoned 1Life with the policy number and submitted the claim. They were not only sympathetic but also very helpful. Douglas Gordon was appointed as our case manager. He contacted me and explained the whole procedure to me and even made time to have a friendly chat with me and make me laugh, which I greatly appreciated at the time. Everytime I submitted necessary documents, 1Life contacted me to confirm that they received it and to tell me what the next step would be. Kenneth and Romano from 1Life was also in contact with me, and also very helpful. After submitting the final documents (with which 1Life was so very patient with me) it took about 3 days before the claim was ready for payment. I find this very impressive. I would definitely deal with 1Life again and thank them, and especially Douglas, Kenneth and Romano for the excellent service they provided me with. Thanks guys
