King prize, what a joke. I have reported the hale damaged to my car on the 29/11/2013 and on 05/12/2013 and on 11/12/2013. Someone will always phone me back, or get back to me as they are soooooo busy with all the claims. Nobody has phoned me yet in 15 days. Nothing has been done.
