POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

My husband, two accounts holder with the bank is deceased. I went to ask for bank statement of the savings and history of the fixed account to submit to the Master of the High Court for estate matters. I was told they need to apply to and it will take just 48hrs which they never honoured. I checked with them after 72hrs and it was then that they forwarded the forms to and I waited for another week. I was assisted by the Queen st, branch in Pretoria but they forwarded the response on the application the same day to Mall@Reds. I went there after the weekend and was told by the branch manager, that there was nothing from. A consultant named Nonhlanhla tried to help and called and spoke to someone by the name of Lucille who I also spoke to explaining why i needed to documents to my suprise, she told me that the Master of the High Court would never ask such, and that I must bring the letter of executorship before i could get the documents. She hanged the phone while I was explaining that I need to supply documentation to can get the Letter of Executorship. I feel for the people who bank with them because they lure them with promises/ ads that they never keep. BAD SERVICE
