Hi,
I purchased airtime online in an emergency tonight and received a OTP.
I never received confirmation of the airtime being loaded, and when I checked online the balance did not reflect!
This is a serious inconvenience as it is an emergency and the person I need to assist needs voice assistance.
Not happy.
Tried to call customer care - BUT I HAVE NO AIRTIME AND YOUR HOLD OPTIONS DEPLETED WHAT I HAD LEFT!
Someone please call me urgently to assist.
I then tried from another account number and that went through.
What about the previous purchase? What happens to those funds? Will they still come off because I submitted the OTP?
And your customer care hold line has cost me in waiting!
