My sister has sent me money via e wallet from her FNB account. i sent her a number that was incorrect by one digit. when i made her aware of this she said i must call the ewallet customer care line and i could not find one. I dialled the FNB customer care line 086 0005 990, i was made to hold for almost an hour to wait for a caller agent, i had to hang up because that was a waste of airtime. I felt that it was appalling that i had to wait that long to get a service consultant, not even MTN makes me wait that long. I am aware that i am not the only person who has had this problem before, but what i find strange is that FNB has not come up with any thing for such occurances. i do know with ABSA cash send you can cancel a transaction, so why is it so difficult for FNB do do the same.
