Unfriendly and Incorrect Information

On the 10.12.2014, at about 17:15 my father and myself went to Capitec Bank to hand in his docs as he applied for a loan on the internet. We were met by the lady that was assisting people that walked in and we explained to her that we are here to hand in all the docs that was requested when we applied on the internet. She then said they cannot deal with internet app, as it is totally different to the walk in branch, but when he applied it clearly stated that if you want to speed up the process you should go into your nearest branch. I explained this to her, and only then did she take the docs. We had to go to teller 8, where we were met by a very unfriendly employee, my father greeted by extending his hand and the guy was not interested in returning the greeting. We proceeded with the app, and the only thing my father was asked was the loan amount and where he worked. He then carried on with the app not asking once over how many month and filled in my dads other debt in twice (debit orders) which led to a declined loan. As affordability was the reason, after all my fathers debt he is left with R12K, how can he not qualify for a loan? Home time was clearly more important!!!
