I have applied for loan on line through Loan Discovery SA 2011/11/07, however terms and condition were hidden, i did not received the loan they deducted R300 in my bank account and they told me that was an administration fees which was not indicated durring the time when i was applying for loan. I then went to the bank to do a reversal because even the loan i applied for i never got it. I have been recieving lot of reminders (emails) from Credit intern debt collector for Loan Discovery SA to pay for R300 which ended up to R988.13. I refuse to pay becuase i do not know why they charging me such amount. Now my name is black listed i have a defualt under my name and really I do not know anymore what to do. This is not fair they abusing lot of people and nothing has been done about Loan Discovery SA. I have been reading lot of complaint on internet about Loan Discovery SA and I am report ing them for the second time now. The last time they promise to get back to me but non of them called me. Please assist these people are getting out of hand claining something that they know very well that is not true.
