A Disgraceful lack of Responce

I applied for a Loan and completed the necessary. I did not receive my loan so after 5 business days contacted them via email to ask for an explanation why i didn't receive my loan - which is the first statement in their Standards and Conditions - saying we have the right to ask for a written explanation as to why i didn't get my loan. If I can be told "in seconds" how much loan i can apply for - Why can I not be told why i do not qualify for my loan?
I followed their rules and queried via their "resolution" email address not once but twice. I then followed up to their "consumer advocate" email - still no response.
I then had a "Credit Health Check" performed and found apart from personal information being old on the "3 consumer credit bureaus" I had a good credit record and in fact Experian sent to me today a report with a Credit Risk Rating of 1.
However, I requested from African Bank the explanation why I was declined because if I apply to someone else, I want to know why!
Well, to come to my complaint - I have yet to receive a reply to any of my emails - not 1 received. No explanation - nada.
Shame on you - you advocate to help - get real!!!
