Unscrupulous & unfair billing - negligence

Hi,
I have had a negative change in circumstances due to retrenchment and as a result had to downsize my expenditure. Furthermore, i had to undergo debt review. int he process if cancelled insurance to manage the circumstances financially.

at the onset of the review process Wesbank was informed accordingly by my debt review councillors and were kept up to date with all aspects, despite their reluctance to acknowledge receipt of documentation etc. After much to and fro they eventually "received" documentation etc that they claimed was never sent. I then received a letter stating that they would enforce an insurance product upon me to secure the finance of a vehicle in the event of total loss, which was fair enough. They even sent me a policy number and letter indicating that my policy is active.

For a very long while, wesbank, through their own negligence have not deducted the premium of /-R95-00 due to whatever reason, despite them enforcing this. now all of a sudden someone has woken up and now want to charge me arrears for their negligence to the value of approx R4700-00.

I do not have the money and will not be victimised due to Wesbank's negligence.
