Charges debited when they feelk like it

I am irate with ABSA as yet again my internet banking has been blocked. I have made several requests for the last 2 years for the date to be changed. I am told nothing can be done about it. Yet last year for 3 months the dedutions where done as requested withg no problems. Now it has reverted back to the usual fight. Any other bank is capable but not ABSA. You eiyher conform or use another bank. I have been told go into the branch to sort out or wait 48hours. Why do they think I have internet banking. I cannot always just tsake time off work to sort out personal problems. ABSA have a couldn't care attitude as they say this is the way it is and if you don't like it go somewhere else! I cannot carry on like this my accoubt has been with them for nearly 10 years. Why are they trying to chase me away? My financial status is good so I think they just don't want my business.
