South Africans Consumers Beware!!

South African Consumers beware of draconian hard tactics debt collections methods used by Wesbank!
After paying off our vehicle on debt review after 6 years (Never mind what was paid off before we went on the debt process) Wesbank have used nothing less than hard tactics to continue to try and repossess our vehicle on more than a few occasions

This was done during the debt review process, and now after completion where our debt counselors have given us written letters that we have fulfilled our obligations with all of the credit providers. Still now, Wesbank are claiming even more in an outstanding amount than what the entire original amount of the contract was. which would mean every cent we have paid on this vehicle in 7 years is interest?

The latest attempt was made by an extremely rude obnoxious Wesbank debt collector in a vehicle black Golf 5 GTI VYC 703... complete with cameras stopping us in a busy shopping complex as if we were criminals..

A previous attempt was also done with debt collectors following my wife home all the way from work.

South Africans beware of financing through companies that do not deliver the type of services they advertise...
