I trust you will recall correspondence regarding Standard Banks action in alienating the Trust Asset from JAF Trust. I have just been advised that Standard Bank has been to value the Trust's asset to be sold on auction
for Mrs. Kathleen Erasmus' outstanding bond.
Mrs. Erasmus was a tenant, was never appointed as a Trustee, and the attorneys
Lazzara Leichner acted absolutely unlawfully to appoint Mrs Erasmus as "Trustee" without consent from

As mentioned to your telephonically last week this matter is still with me and we have provided all relevant documentation to Home Loans, undertook to investigate this matter.
A few days after this e mail property was auctioned for R220, 000, 2 years later we got judgment against Std Bank on 8th August 2012. 11th March still no results via Ramsay Webber Mr Botes
