I had a problem with my cheque account and decided to close it. I wnt to the bank to close it and i even paid money due to have it closed. But i see the account is still active but no transections areallowed o it. Its not the first time that im compkainig about this account. I need it closed and all the fees that accumulated to be reversed because uts due to their ignorance. When i closed this account at evaton plazza i even opened another account wich my salary is going into.
Is it hard to close an acount for them or is it something that this bank does to make exstra income for themselves? Now they always call my wife from this number 0119817600 when she gives them my cell number they dont call me. They have been calling her since last week everyday and they have my number because i have cellphone banking and incontact. Why is it that they call her and not me? This issue need to be resolved asap.
