Money Gone Missing

So FNB closed my debit account some time in December, and my provident fund was paid into the account, An amount of R3 173.98 was done on the 21st of December. And now that money has apparently gone missing and i would like FNB to attend to this matter ASAP because i am so tired of struggling with FNB having numerous problems with them in the past. First it was my credit card which they deducted wrong and told me it was an error on system, then they charged me way to much additional fees for making a cash deposit to close the account and now this, and in the meanwhile I've been contacting the brokers of my provident fund looking like a fool and if this matter does not get resolved before Friday, i want to request the details of an Ombudsman. How i want the matter resolved is simple. FNB is going to pay that amount into my ABSA account, end of story
