I cant believe it, we have a comprehensive cover for our vehicles which does not include cover for and hi-jacking as it was explained to us by the Broker. Me and my wife decided to take the risk on and hi-jacking because the R400 difference in installment was just to much at that moment. I had an accident where a big bird flew into my windscreen while I was driving to Giyani and it broke my windscreen. We made the phone call to Momentum to make a claim, our first claim. The lady helping us advised us that we would have to pay and installment of R250 before they would repair the windscreen. Then they phoned back after 10 min. and said that because we have comprehensive cover and are not covered for and hi-jacking they can not repair the windscreen. This was not a nor a Hi-jacking, this does not make sense. if this is how you try to get out of your responsibility, I think we should move our insurance, because you make me to be not sure.
