Loss of car keys not insured

I have laid a claim of my lost car keys.
and this is their response, There is no cover for loss of vehicle keys.

Comprehensive car insurance covers you for accident damage, or hi-jacking and for damage that you accidently caused to other parties and/or their property as a result of the accident
There is no cover for loss of vehicle keys.

My advice to all consumers.
if you are coverd coverd by King Prise insurance, be aware that your car keys are not coverd if lost.
