I have an account with Bruma Finance. This morning I received an sms from them "AVOID IMMINENT LEGAL ACTION. You DISPUTED the debit order on Bruma account. Call urgently 0861 33 11 33. Yes, I did dispute your debit!!! Who authorized you to debit my account on the 9th of December? Does my contract not stipulate Frequency Monthly (31st). Do not send me threatening sms's. Get your house in order. You will debit my account as per the signed contract. Who gives you the right to do as you please on an individuals account. This better be sorted out or it will be taken further.
