Bad, Bad service after replacing windscreen

I am fed up with First for woman insurance, after getting them to replace my front windscreen of my VW T5 kombi, they damaged my front speaker cover that is right at the windscreen. After complaining and phoning them a few times and complaining, the last i heard was that.the guy said they cannot say it was here guys, well i am in a electric wheelchair, so no way of me getting infront ad damaging my own speaker cover, or my mom the only other person driving my kombi to get me from point a to b. How stupid does the person think we are, replace a damaged thing me always have to pay an access, in the windscreen place we had to pay R750, so now i go and damage my speaker cover to pay another of an amount to claim, ag no man get your facts straight.

First for woman use the cheapest dealers and then when they do something wrong they just say ag sorry, no no no, i am the client and i want that speaker cover replaced.

Hope i get a response.
