Absa say the money was withdrawn from an ATM that i usually make use of, which they have not specified in their report. They also say there is no indication that the card was cloned and they therefore confirm that it was my original card and PIN that was used to with draw the money.
They have concluded that they can not be held liable for the loss.
I would like to find out which ATM they are referring to and at what time was this money withdrawn. I know what i did exactly on that day and what money i spent.
