I went through the entire call center, explaining what I needed I was told a consultant would call me back, one week later no call! I re called went through the entire thing again, asked for a supervisor, complained and was tols he would deal with it... and transferred and was then told a consultant would call me back... that was last fri! No response from them at all. All calls are recorded, so they have a full record of my conversations! What do I actually do to get cover???
