I have taken out an insurance out for my Mom's house a while ago whereby I had to get a plumber out for repairs last week. Everything went very well for it was only a burst pipe whereby I had to pay the plumber a call out fee and half an hour labour which totaled to R 450. As I have received a courtesy call back the afternoon I got told that I should not have paid for the call out fee of R 375 & got transferred to the claims department and as per usual I got cut off 3 times!!! On the 4th time I called in I bluntly got told I cannot claim? You do cover the call out fee correct? As I requested to talk to a Supervisor/Manager I got transferred to another Call Centre agent??? She took down my details and promised that I will receive a call back! Well it has been 5 days now and still no callback?!? Do you want me to go to your Constantia branch whereby I will totally loose it!!! I want this issue sorted out today!!! Your calls are recorded; well guess what ours is as well for I do work in a Call Centre industry as well!!!
