E-mail my documents get no response

I sended my application for a further bond on 28/05/2013.I phoned the call centre (086123001) and the only thing they can tell me is that I must resend the documents as they cant find anything. I must have phoned atleast 15 times now and every time it is the same story. From this morning the reply message from them advises me that the mailbox of the receiver is full. I phoned the call centre and advised them of the problem.the consultant just gave me the number for the complaints call centre and could not connect me with a supervisor/teamleader. I phoned the complaints call centre (0860101101) and all they can tell me is that they will log the call and would take up to 8 days for response. This is unacceptable. I have my current bond with Standard Bank for 5 years now.
