I am being sent back and forth by the consultants, i have beeing trying to claim from their cellphone insurance division which i am insured with, last week thursday a consultant took all the details of the claim and told me someone from their repairs division willl call me to pick the phone up on monday, no one came, tuesday i called and could not get any help with one consultant saying their dont deal with cellphone cover and transferring to another consultant who would also tell me the same thing, then another consultant dont me my claim on thursday was not captured and they will call me back, today it was the same story with some consultants teling me they cant find me in the system because its a stand alone policy, one consultant agreed to call me back since i asked they do so because i was being kept on hold for too long without getting any help, they didnt call, i called them again around 2pm and went through the same trouble again with them transferring me from one agent to another without actually helping me.
