I drew money at a Nedbank ATM, R1000.00,
I received 3 x R200.00 and 2 x R20.00, my attempt was to draw R1000.00
Contacted the call centre immediately, They then advised that they will investigate. I asked them if they want me to bring the money in so that they could see what I've been given. No they advised. A week goes by, no answer, by the following week I decide to contact them and find out what's going on. I then get told that I was given the correct money and that they won't reimburse me.
In today's living getting R40 as to where you were supposed to get R400, I really think this is ridiculous. How can a bank decide on this? Do they really think that anyone will about the money they received? In some way there should have been some kind of trace in finding the money, either extra or less money in the teller than what was expected, or supposed to be there.
I get my salary paid into my bank account which I'm getting very worried about now, especially if they couldn't even do proper investigation to try and source / search for my money.
I'm seriously sick of the type and quality of the service in this country.
