Nedbank website query form does not allow an option for Personal Loan queries. so when making a query, an alternate option needs to be selected, which means the query goes to the wrong department. I sent an email query to them, and made it very clear that I require a response in a certain period of time. They could not manage this.
But I guarantee whoever is reading this, Nedbank will contact me and apologise and somebody will contact me soon after this posting. It seems to get action a complaint needs to be logged before action is taken. However, if I miss a payment towards my loan, I will most likely get 1000 calls from them and 100 emails and sms notifications. but if I need something, I have to beg and run after them and make complaints to get it. So off right now.
