ITS NOW TWO WEEKS SINCE I SENT A COMPLAIN TO ABSA ABOUT MY PROBLEM, AND THEY HAVE NOT COME BACK TO ME WITH ANY INFORMATION ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION THEY NEED, ITS TAKES THEM SO LONG TO INVESTOGATE. BUT IF YOU OWE THEM MONEY THEY WANT IT IMMEADIATELY BUT IF THEY OWE YOU MONEY THEY DRAG THEIR FEET, WHAT A BUNCH OF WORKING THERE. I THINK NOW ITS THE TIME TO REPORT THEM TO THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN.
