Breach of my confidential banking information by A

I have contacted the Ombudman and sent them and Barclays this letter:

I would like to report a breach of my confidential banking information by ABSA. I have tried to resolve this issue multiple times (since Oct-2013), but ABSA just ignores the issue and yesterday my banking information (thinks like money transferred in to my account, home load statement ect..) was still being sent to my boss in America.

I have spoken to ABSA on the phone 3 times in the past 3 months and I went to the bank on 14-Jan-2014 to get the issue resolved. I have sent a complaint to the mails included in this mail and I am yet to get confirmation the issue was resolved. Now I have no other choice but to ask the Ombudsman for help and to contact a lawyer to take this on and to sue ABSA for their ILLEGAL conduct.
