THE FEEDBACK I RECEIVED FROM ABSA ON THE 12/11/2013 WAS UNSATISFACTORY, THEY NEVER PROVIDED THE INFORMATION I REQUIRED THEY ONLY SPOKE OF THE MONEY THAT WAS BY THEM WHICH WAS A LOST CAUSE. THE MAIN PROBLEM I HAD WITH THEM WAS NEVER RESOLVED AS THEY STATE THAT THEY DONT HAVE SUCH AMOUNT OF R3202.00 IN THEIR SUSPENSE ACCOUNT WHICH WE PROVIDED PROOF OF AND WAS ALSO CONFIRMED BY KAROONA WHICH I HAVE A PROOF E-MAIL. I GAVE THEM TIME UNTIL YESTERDAY THE 18/11/2013 TO PROVIDE PROOF AND WHERE MY MONEY WENT TO UP UNTIL TODAY I RECEIVED NO FEED BACK ALTHOUGH I DID MENTION THAT I WILL REPORT THIS ON HELLO PETER AND THE OMBUDSMAN.
P.S. IF ANYBODY HAS THE CONTACT DETAILS FOR THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN PLEASE FOWARD IT TO ME.
