SHOCKED WITH ABSA'S INTERNET BANKING

When doing internet banking transactions I am asked what should appear on my bankstatement. Therefor I take a lot of time and effort to keep record of what the transaction is for. These bankstatements are never posted to the client by Absa. Therefor, I paid a fortune recently to obtain my bankstatements. However, I was absolutely shocked to notice that the only information on all my bankstatements are: "POS PURCHASE" which help me ZERO - it is useless information which I cannot use - it makes no sense to pay for bankstatements with no information on. I want my money back.

If Absa ask me what must appear on the statement, while I am doing internet transactions - I EXPECT TO READ ON THE STATEMENTS WHO THE BENIFICIARY WAS AND WHAT THE PAYMENT WAS FOR - I do not accept that they loose my information provided at the time of the transaction. My credit card statements give information - my cheque account give information - I see absolutely no reason why my information gets LOST when I do internet transfers. I want Absa to find the information I typed in at the time I did the transaction on their database.
