I have two separate issues: 1) I ordered an iPhone from FNB two weeks and two days later received an sms saying they're out of stock and will deliver ASAP. Ive yet to have ANY contact from FNB and would like to know where my phone is.
2.) I have a query about a debit that has gone off my account and so I completed a please call me back form online, only to receive and email saying thanks and here's the number I need to call. If I wanted to use my airtime to phone FNB then I would not of completed a please call me back form. Don't offer a call back service if you're not actually going to do it! Could someone please call me?
