Dont call back

Last week I completed a on line call back form for life insurance, I was called promptly and all my details was taken down, I was told that my quote will be referred and that she will call me back in 10-20 minutes with a final quote. Unfortunately I don't know who I spoke to but she never called back. Over the weekend I completed a second contact form on line and again was called promptly this morning at 08:30 I explained my situation to the agent, he said that the call centre manager will track who called me and get them to call me back, at 11:00 no one have called me and since there is no contact details for clientele life on their website I completed a call back form again, it is not 13:25, and no one have called me again. It is funny how you are very quick to call when you have a potential new client but as soon as a problem arise you all shy away from contacting the client. When will you resolve this? today, next week, next month? I will not beg you to take my money, I can just go elsewhere, insurance is a tuff market at the moment
