I need to lay a claim.
AF makes it as difficult as possible.
What's more is that after speaking to 3 separate call-centre agents, on 3 separate days and requested each of them to email me a claims form, I still have received nothing. I made sure very carefully that they have the correct email address and contact number.
Complained to AF online yesterday and still have not heard anything back.
Finally found a claims form online and sent it through now with all the relevant attachments. Eager to see what will come of it.
