NO USE IN MAKING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

On the 5th of December a friend of mine made an arrangement to pay R500 on 20 Dec, due to falling into arrears with the loan agreement as a result of not receiving a salary for the past 5 months, although he paid what he could.

On 5 Dec this arrangement was done via telephone and he received two sms's still during the conversation, as the consultant accepted and made the arrangement. The sms's confirmed the arrangement.

This morning he received an sms that legal action is in progress.

HOW CAN YOU TRUST A PROVIDER LIKE THIS? I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF THEIR SERVICE!!!
